Chest Circumference

lay the shirt flat, measure straight across from the bottom of the armhole to the bottom of the other armhole.

Back Length

Measure the back length from the neck seam at center back straight down to the bottom edge.

Sleeve Length

Measure from the center back neck seam to the shoulder seam and then down to the bottom edge of the sleeve.

Shoulder width

Measure from the top of the armhole at the shoulder across to the other side.

Description

When Prince Edward wore his classic check, little did he know that he would give a name to a pattern referred to now as Prince of Wales check. Although his era called for 100% wool, the Italians quickly adopted the style in one of their summer favorite materials, 100% Linen. Casual elegance at its best, with wrinkles and all. Our Italian Linen Blazers are tailored by our workshop with half-canvas construction using traditional horse hair and hand sewing of the interior, hand stitched finish in collar and closure of armhole, with genuine Tagua Nut (Corozo) buttons and a fully matched pattern throughout.
