You can return most Onsloe purchases — with the exception of customized orders*. Our only condition is that the garment is returned in the same condition that you received it and it is not worn for more than your own “try-on.”
If you decide to return your garment, we will promptly issue a credit. If you opt to take a “store credit,” we will add a 15% value to your credit and hope that you will give us another try.
